- Product and seller link.
- Order number when purchased through Henna1st.
- Photos of the product, packaging, ingredients, batch, and expiry details.
- A factual description of what happened and when.
- Any medical or authority report you choose and are permitted to share.

Urgent reactions
- Stop using the product.
- For severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, contact local emergency or poison-control services.
- A marketplace report is not a substitute for medical care.
