Tracking becomes available after the seller or fulfilment partner dispatches the order and provides carrier information.

Tracking steps
- Open the order in your account.
- Review the carrier, tracking number, latest scan, and estimated delivery.
- Allow time for the first carrier scan after dispatch.
- Contact support when tracking is invalid, stalled unusually long, or marked delivered but not received.
