Order processing

• Sellers prepare orders within the processing time shown for the product or order.
• Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and may exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Orders containing products from different sellers may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping rates and destinations

• Available destinations and shipping charges are displayed before payment.
• A seller may be unable to ship a product to every country or region.
• Promotional or free-shipping offers apply only when their stated conditions are met.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier disruption, weather, customs inspections, peak periods, and local delivery conditions can cause delays.

When tracking is available, it is sent with the dispatch confirmation or added to the order record. Tracking can take time to update after a parcel is handed to the carrier.

International orders, customs, and duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local handling charges. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for these charges and for complying with local import rules.

Address changes and delivery problems

• Check the delivery name, address, postal code, and contact details before placing an order.
• Address changes are only possible before dispatch and cannot be guaranteed.
